MANSION HILLS CONDOS

You must be at least 21 years of age to reside in Mansion Hills Condos.

Rates include water, sewer, and trash. Maximum occupancy in one bedroom units is two (2) occupants.
Rate is per unit, not per person. Maximum occupancy in two bedroom units is four (4) occupants.
Housing fees will be billed to university student accounts each semester:
fall (5 months), winter (5 months), and summer (2 months)
