Reasons we recycle In addition to benefits of recycling resources such as paper products, money raised by the campus recycling effort is being used to beautify our campus. Recent examples are two large scotch pines planted in front of Marillac Hall on the South Campus and in the Founder's Circle on the North Campus. To commemorate the recycling efforts of the campus, plaques were placed next to the trees with the inscription "Dreams Are the Seedlings of Realities" - James Allen
Recycling pickup Blue "WE RECYCLE" containers are emptied by the custodial staff for recycling every Sunday and Wednesday evenings provided they are not contaminated by non-paper items such as food, food wrappers, tissues, etc.
